Driving to Work in The Snow…. A Sarcastic Thanks

I wish I wrote this the other day when it was still fresh in my mind….. because all these funny things were swirling in there to write ….. but you know when you are an OF…. it is sometimes hard to remember..”Did I unplug the iron” Oh well I am only renting anyways…just kidding

Back to driving to work in the snow…. well it was the typical morning commuter traffic… but snowing, not that bad where it affected visibility. The conditions were that the flow of traffic was around 30 mph…. this is a thought to ponder….. moving faster than NORMAL.

Everybody was carefully DRIVING and staying in their own lanes….. but “I want to thank that very thoughful person up ahead that had his or hers “Emergency Blinkers” on. Now WHAT was this person telling us. IT IS SNOWING….. DUH WE KNOW OR PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I am sorry but I just do not get it. So a BIG SARCASTIC THANKS TO YOU FOR LETTING US KNOW TO BE CAREFUL.

I have a cartoon that  pertains to you….. and all the other thoughtful people who drive with your “Emergency Blinkers” onThis was just a reason to segue to more sarcasm about driving in general.

Now why do people in general have to say when it is snowing “Drive Carefully”……. I have always given them my standard answer ” NO I am going to drive fast as Hell and do Donuts” I do get looks a LOT when I do give that answer…. think about it….. Do we need to be told that

   I tell you, women drivers are a hazard to traffic. Driving to work this morning on the freeway, I looked over to my left and there was a woman in a red Mustang doing 85 miles per hour with her face up next to her rear view mirror putting on her eyeliner!
     I looked away for a couple seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane.
     It scared me so bad I dropped my electric shaver in my coffee, and it spilled all over my cell phone!
